Donate

Your donation will help us improve neighborhoods, improve lives, and fulfill our vision to regenerate places in Baltimore that have been left behind. Our donors are especially important because they provide unrestricted funds that we can use to grow, adapt, and respond to meet new local challenges as they emerge.

We welcome donations of any size. You may donate HERE or mail a check to:

Invest

To achieve community transformation, we rely on patient impact investments from local partners, which we use to leverage project debt, institutional investments, federal tax credits, and public and private capital grants. To date, we have never failed to repay an investment with interest.

Our investors choose to invest in ReBUILD because they want to see their resources being put to use to rebuild Baltimore. We have offered repeated proof that even the most disinvested housing markets of Baltimore can be catalyzed by using the right model—and by making a shared committed to neighborhoods and their residents over time.

ReBUILD is currently raising impact investments from to capitalize our Johnston Square Revitalization Fund. This $10 million triple-bottom-line fund will help us leverage another $120 million to rebuild homes, businesses, and greenspaces across Johnston Square.

Volunteer

ReBUILD provides opportunities for volunteers to participate in the revitalization of East Baltimore by connecting them to neighborhood clean ups, greening projects, and other beautification projects in Johnston Square and across our revitalization area.

A CATALYTIC INVESTMENT

With every $1 of impact capital we raise, we leverage another $12 in investments in neighborhood revitalization projects.
