🚧 Big changes are underway at East Biddle Street and Greenmount Avenue! 🚧

On Tuesday, our partners at Somerset Development Company and @harkinsbuildersinc led us, @buildiaf1, and @rebuildjohnstonsquare on a tour of the amazing progress they have made over the last few months on the 109-unit Greenmount Park Apartments 🏢 and the new street-level @prattlibrary 📚 branch.

This cornerstone of Johnston Square’s community-driven revitalization will be complete next year, along with a new community park 🌳—a huge step forward as we continue to realize our shared vision of transforming Johnston Square from vacancy to vibrancy. ✨

✨ NEW MURAL: This vibrant design came out of multiple meetings with the @broadwayeastcommunity and is one of several murals we’ve planned for our East Baltimore revitalization area over the next year.

🌱 NEW GREENSPACE: We’re transforming 25,000 square feet of vacant land into a beautiful new park! This space will improve stormwater management and provide a welcoming area for the community to relax and connect.
