Michael Bainum

Director of Real Estate Development

Michael joined ReBUILD in 2019 to lead development of its residential and real estate projects, including all project planning and predevelopment, construction and rehab, development partnerships, and management of sales of homeownership properties. Michael has 25+ years of experience in law, real estate, and community development, including 20 years focused on restoring vacant homes and rebuilding communities in Baltimore.

Omar Cisse

Compliance Accountant

Omar Omar works within ReBUILD’s finance team to perform various asset management and property compliance functions, including identifying properties for homeownership and crafting budgets, financial forecasts, and projections related to property taxes and other property expenses. Omar believes in ReBUILD’s mission and is dedicated to contributing to further its cause.

Sean Closkey Since founding ReBUILD Metro in 2006, Sean has spearheaded its evolution from a concept for community-driven neighborhood stabilization into one of the most impactful community change organizations in the region. Sean is a recognized community development expert with 30+ years of leadership experience, including prior roles as Executive Director of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and Executive Director of St. Joseph’s Carpenter Society in Camden, NJ.

Property Manager

Vantria Conway Vantria is responsible for leasing and managing ReBUILD’s portfolio of rental homes and for responding to the needs of ReBUILD residents. As a Baltimore native, Vantria is passionate about empowering families to achieve stable housing, advocating for equitable housing opportunities, and making a difference in the lives of fellow Baltimoreans.

Accounts Payable Associate

Trevonta joined ReBUILD in 2025 to support the delivery of our accounts payable tasks. After working for over eight years as a mail carrier and commercial driver, Trevonta chose to return to school to pursue a degree in Business Management. As a native of West Baltimore, Trevonta feels a strong connection to ReBUILD’s mission, and he is proud to pursue his new career path as a part of ReBUILD’s team.

Director of Property Management

Olatunde Falayi In his role as the Director of Property Management, Olatunde is focused on expanding and directing ReBUILD’s property management arm and ensuring it adheres to best practices. Before joining ReBUILD, he served as a Project Manager and a Scrum Master, where he honed his skills in team leadership, project execution, and agile methodologies. Olatunde is driven by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and to see tangible results from ReBUILD’s collective efforts.

Jenny’s 15 years of public and nonprofit experience have been dedicated to building relationships across sectors that lead to healthier communities and that transform urban environments.

Arjun Hosakere

Associate Director of Real Estate Development

Arjun Hosakere Arjun joined ReBUILD in 2023 to support oversight and implementation of ReBUILD’s scattered-site and full-block residential projects. Mr. Hosakere is an experienced architect and designer with a history of working in the real estate development, architecture, and design-build industry in urban environments to help reshape the future of cities and their built fabric, including a range of mixed-use and multi-family developments across Baltimore.

Ahmed Iqbal

Manager of Finance and Compliance

Ahmed Iqbal As ReBUILD’s Manager of Finance and Compliance, Ahmed oversees a variety of ReBUILD’s financial management needs and ensures that the company stays compliant with all federal, state, and local requirements. Prior to joining ReBUILD, Ahmed worked for the Baltimore City Health Department for two years as a grant accountant, where he managed various grants related to Maternal and Child Health. Ahmed loves his job because he can see the positive impact of his work every day by driving through the neighborhoods where ReBUILD works and seeing the homes that the organization continues to build.

In her role as Office Assistant, Carmen helps ensure that our office is well-functioning and that visitors are welcome and directed to the appropriate locations. Carmen brings to ReBUILD 5 years of experience in office management and customer relations. She is excited to contribute to an organization that is advancing the wellbeing and growth of neighborhoods like the one in which she was raised.

Development Manager

DeVonya Jones DeVonya’s responsibilities include overseeing and managing development projects to ensure timely completion within budget. Prior to joining ReBUILD, she worked for almost 15 years in Construction Infrastructure and Architectural firms, holding positions ranging from administrative assistant to Manager of Inside Plant Communications. DeVonya finds it fulfilling that her work is creating affordable homes, wealth-building opportunities, and other positive changes in Baltimore areas that have long been disinvested, and she is constantly striving to make a positive impact.

Daniel Kravetz Since joining ReBUILD in 2019, Daniel has been responsible for overseeing ReBUILD’s funding requests, grants management, donor relations, and external communications. Daniel’s 18 years of nonprofit fundraising and communications experience has spanned seven states and over a dozen community development organizations, and he is excited to be dedicating his work to supporting ReBUILD’s revitalization of Baltimore neighborhoods.

Hannah Marsho

Development Manager

Hannah Marsho As a ReBUILD Development Manager, Hannah supports ReBUILD’s housing development process from project inception through stabilized occupancy or sale. Her primary duties include collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing market data; modeling financing options; developing budgets; and identifying and monitoring development and construction schedules. Hannah is passionate about community-centered economic development and leveraging it to increase reinvestment, to help marginalized individuals and communities build intergenerational wealth, and to address systemic inequities.

Director of Accounting and Finance

Chuck MetzgerChuck joined ReBUILD in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing all of ReBUILD’s financial processes, including budgeting and auditing, preparing financial statements, invoicing, managing account payables, and coordinating construction costs. A native Baltimorean, Chuck brings over 40 years of finance and accounting leadership to the organization, ranging from major Baltimore nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.

Phil Nolder

Since joining ReBUILD in 2020, Phil has been responsible for performing day-to-day general ledger accounting functions, preparing month end reports and reconciliations, assisting with external audits and budget preparation, and supervising accounts payable tasks. Born and raised in Baltimore, Phil has over 35 years of finance and accounting experience in various positions.

Associate Director of Programming, Planning, and Promotion

As Associate Director of Programming, Planning and Promotion, Phaedra plays a pivotal role in implementing the whole block development strategy through project visioning and stakeholder engagement.  Prior to joining ReBUILD, she lead real estate development projects in East Baltimore while serving as an HR professional within the health care industry.  Phaedra is a native Baltimorean and is committed to the revitalization of the city.
