Greenmount & Chase, a partnership between ReBUILD and Ingerman, is now accepting rental applications for its 60 affordable 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The community features a variety of spacious floorplans, has a number of community features and amenities, and is located within a mile of Baltimore Penn Station, Mid-Town, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Project funders include the City of Baltimore, the State of Maryland, Citi, and the Weinberg Foundation.

Greenmount & Chase is our first major redevelopment in the $160 million Transforming Johnston Square initiative. Scheduled for completion in January 2021, the project will catalyze the next phase of revitalization of the Greenmount Avenue corridor and the Johnston Square community.
